I went to the launch of psychologies Magazines first 100 Happiness Clubs at Conway Hall in Holborn. I met women from all over the country – Manchester, Birmingham, London that are setting up clubs. They were all lovely and like us just want to help others (and themselves) be happier in a world that can feel challenging and stressful x

We all had a training session run by Suzy Greaves (Psychologies Mag Editor) & Happiness Experts Vanessa King & Mark Williamson (Action for Happiness). They told us about the 10 Keys for Happier Living – which spell our Great Dream –
The first five keys (GREAT) are about how we interact with the outside world in our daily activities. They are based on the Five Ways to Wellbeing developed by nef as part of the Foresight Project. The second five keys (DREAM) come from inside us and depend on our attitude to life.
Please look at the link below to find out more about the Governments Foresight Project –
Chelmsford Happiness Project is now a part of a countrywide & worldwide experiment to see how Happiness Clubs can help spread happiness and increase Wellbeing within our local communities! All we have to do is read Psychologies Mag each month, which will have an article on one of the 10 Keys and it will have questions for us to discuss at our meet up! We can feedback what we did using this Blog & I am going to attempt some Flogging (face blogs) – the more creative & fun the better! All members get a discount subscription for psychologies mag – ask me for details!
Next meet up is on Wednesday 4th March @ 7.30pm at O’Conners off Moulsham St. We will be talking about the importance of GIVING x
See you all soon! X
