The Chelmsford Happiness Project is linked to ‘Action for Happiness’ which is a movement for positive social change. It is about bringing together people from all walks of life who want to play a part in creating a happier society for everyone. There are currently 37784 members across 160 countries and counting……………..
One part of the movement involves local happiness groups being set up to share ideas and take action. So if you believe that happiness matters, and you want to be part of building a happier society in Chelmsford then join this group – everyone is welcome.
The group meets once a month on a Sunday morning at different venues in Chelmsford (Coffee shops, parks, members homes) . Each meet-up has a ‘theme’ that is linked to one of the Action For Happiness ’10 Keys to Happier Living’.
The group is about having FUN, learning new things, connecting with others, being a part of something bigger than ourselves, and having time-out from our busy lives to learn how WE CAN BE HAPPIER and how we can SPREAD HAPPINESS.

  1. Hi guys,

Just wanted to say what a great idea this is! If there’s anything us at the Great Big Adventure can do to help just let us know!

    Cheers, Ian

  2. Having seen this advertised on TV, I proceeded to research this further. I would like to know if there are any groups running or planning to run in the chelmsford area as feel it would be great ❤️❤️❤️

    • Hi Mary – the Chelmsford Happiness Project is a group & we meet once a month. I will update the ‘next meet up’ page on this site which details when & where the next meet up is. We love having new members. The next one should be end of October & we usually meet at a cafe near the town. Donna x
